When conveying material in horizontal and especially ascending direction, the material could slip off the smooth conveyor belt. We have found a solution to this problem. A special rubber coating with a high friction ability and a special surface design both prevent the material from slipping off the conveyor belt. We have developed three types: SUPER GRIP, FINEGRIP and NOPPEN. SUPER GRIP conveyor belts are particularly suitable for conveying at high angles and/or in wet and humid conditions. Due to its better cleaning ability FINEGRIP conveyor belts are especially used where dust, fine-grained material and spills could affect the tread-pattern. NOPPEN conveyor belts are suitable when very light and rolling material is conveyed. They are noted for a smooth return run and good cleaning ability.
